What are my options for returning/exchanging an item{s} for Online Purchases?
Item(s) may be returned for exchange or store credit for wrong size. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipped to customer. Item(s) including shoes must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside. All Sales are Final Sale. Email: shop@ragzntagzboutique.com within 24 hours of receipt of shipment for notification of returns or exchange. Ragz N Tagz Boutique reserves the right to decline your return at any time. No Refunds. Only store credit which is nontransferable or Exchanges.
Return shipment is at the cost of the customer. Customer must submit tracking information in email regarding return shipment. Customer will receive email authorization for returns. Customer will receive store credit or exchange once items have been received, inspected and approved. Exchanges or store credit will be shipped/issued within 24 – 48 hours of approval.
