Ragz N Tagz Boutique will accept return(s)/exchange(s) for item(s) with original tag(s) purchased online only. Online return(s)/exchange(s) are limited to exchange for incorrect size(s) and/or defective item(s). Customer(s) must notify Ragz N Tagz Boutique at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of item(s) for return/exchange item(s). Ragz N Tagz Boutique must be received by return(s)/exchange(s) items within 7 days of notification of return(s)/exchange(s). Return(s)/exchange(s) are returned at customers expense. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. All items must be returned with original tags attached. Item(s) with a “Do Not Remove” or “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, must still be attached to the item(s)in order to request refund(s) or exchange(s). Final sale(s) and clearance item(s) are not eligible for exchange(s) or return(s). Ragz N Tagz Boutique will approve or deny any return(s) and/or exchange(s) once received. Ragz N Tagz Boutique has the right to deny return(s) or exchange(s) if item(s) have been worn, soiled, altered and/or not in its original conditions. Item(s)received for exchange(s) or return(s) will be replaced with same exact item(s). If item(s) are not available customer(s) can request similar item(s) of the same value in writing. If similar item(s) of same value is not requested or available a store credit will be awarded to customer(s).
